Scholarship Application Requirements

For Master’s and Doctorate Mobility Applicants

  • Confirmation of Enrollment: Statement issued by the home partner institution regarding the applicant’s enrollment in the degree course. This document must be dated, signed and stamped by the home partner institution, otherwise it will not be considered valid and the application will be excluded.
  • Research Plans: Doctorate applicants should submit a proposal describing their proposed research project including rationale for the study, state-of-the-art literatures, objectives/aims/research questions, methodology, with detailed action plan including activities to be performed at the host institution. The proposal must be well written in English Language and proofread before submission.
  • Letter of recommendation: At least two recommendation letters from your Professor and Colleagues who can be contacted if necessary.
  • Certificate of English Language Proficiency: Certificate of language skills in accordance with the requirements of the host institution.

For Target Group 2 applicants

  • Support Letter: A letter of support from an academic staff member of a higher education institution in an eligible country (The letter may be from a partner institution).

For Credit-Seeking Mobility 

  • Confirmation of Enrollment: Statement issued by the home institution confirming the applicant’s enrolment in a postgraduate degree programme and endorsing the applicant’s mobility proposal. The statement should include a description of the degree programme, the degree duration, the number of credits for the degree, and the number of credits per course.

For Degree-Seeking Mobility 

  • The admission requirements of the hosting institution should be met for degree-seeking mobility applications.

For All Applicants:

  • Photo: A digital copy of your photo.
  • Passport: A copy of formal identity passport issued by a national authority
  • Curriculum Vitae: Applicant’s resume prepared in Europass format.
  • Online Application FormSubmit completed application forms when a programme is open for applications.
  • Diploma Certificate: Must have been issued by a higher education institution, dated, signed and stamped, otherwise it will not be considered valid and the application will be excluded.
  • Transcript of Records: Verifiable transcript of academic records for degrees completed, stating in detail all courses taken and grades obtained in the course. Documents must be dated, signed and stamped by the institution, otherwise they will not be considered valid and the application will be immediately excluded.
  • Motivation Letter: A statement of motivation indicating the mobility long-term benefits.
